There are several possibilities:

  1. The calls limit has been exceeded, you can check the number of leads available in your CallPage panel -> Leads tab:


  2. Agents under this widget are not available or none of the agents is assigned to the widget. To check the working hours and widgets they're assigned to please proceed to the My team tab -> View agents details next to each of your consultants.
