Google Analitics helps you to get a deeper understanding of your customers. It gives you the free tools you need to analyze data for your business in one place.
Step 1: Go to customer panel in CallPage, choose integrations >> Create new integrations. Pick app, which you want to integrate with your account.
Step 2: Choose Google Analitics from the list of available integrations, and select the widgets, on which you want to install the integration.
Step 3: Add a description (an alias) which will help you to recognize your new integration.
Step 4: Select events which you want to be sent to your Google Analitics account, and click 'Save'.
Call created (lead.called)
New scheduled call (lead.scheduled)
New message (lead.message)
Call completed (lead.call.completed)
Call in progress (lead.call.in-progress)
Widget opened (widget.triggered)
Widget closed (widget.closed)
Button clicked (button.clicked)
Button hidden (button.hidden)
Data added (custom-fields.added)
Eyecatcher clicked (eyecatcher.clicked)
Eyecatcher hidden (eyecatcher.hidden)
All data sent by CallPage can be accessed in Google Analytics:
Behavior >> Events >> Overview >> CallPage >> Event Action
Please note that the integration with Google Analitics varies depending on GA version There are three possibilities:
Google Analitics Universal
Global Site Tag
Google Analitics Legacy.
