Feel free to choose which statistics you want to display, in what order, time duration, and the ones that are most important for you.

1. Log in to your Dashboard

2. Click Customize in the top right-hand corner:

3. Choose between Numerical statistics or Charts

These are Numerical statistics:

And the charts

4. Click either add new numerical statistic or add new chart:

 5. Then, choose the data source for your statistic: 

You can choose between Widgets and Numbers, Widgets or Numbers depending on what data you’d want to see in the statistics. 

6. The next step is to select specific widgets or numbers to be covered by the statistics. You can choose all your widgets/numbers, or you can select a single widget, for example, only the one on your homepage: 

7. Choose the type of statistics. They are different for widgets and numbers: 

For Widgets, you can choose from: 

  • Calls (total) 
  • Calls (real-time) 
  • Calls (scheduled) 
  • Calls (ASAP)
  • Messages (total) 
  • Success calls (%)
  • Avg. call duration 
  • Visitors
  • Pop-up opens
  • Button Clicked
  • Conversion: Calls/Visitors
  • Conversion: Calls/Opens
  • Conversion: Opens/Visitors
  • Conversion: Calls/Button clicked
  • Live calls (call processing at that moment)

For Numbers there are: 

  • Calls (total)
  • Success calls (%)
  • Avg. call duration 
  • Live calls (call processing at that moment)

For both Widgets and Numbers

  • Calls (total)
  • Success calls (%)
  • Avg. call duration 
  • Live calls (call processing at that moment)

8. Next, select the date range for your data: 

You can choose from a pre-defined set mentioned below or set a custom date range: 

  • Today
  • Yesterday 
  • Last 7 days 
  • Last 30 days
  • This month
  • Last month 
  • Custom date 

9. When you’re creating charts, you can also choose how you want to group the data: 

The options depend on the chosen date range: 

  • Hour
  • Day
  • Week

10. Enter a custom name for your statistic so that you will exactly know what it refers to (Optional):

11. When you create a chart after clicking Submit your custom statistics will show up at the bottom of the dashboard: 

12. When you create a numerical statistic after clicking Submit your custom data will display at the bottom of the numerical statistics section: 

13. Use drag & drop to display your statistics the way you want:
