This feature helps effectively reduce unwanted calls and contributes to expanding databases that detect phone spam.

Go to the Leads tab:

Two options are available:

  • Block number – useful when the caller is a real person, but there is no need to receive further calls from this number.

  • Mark as fraud or spam – intended for calls from bots, telemarketers, or potential scammers.
