What happens if I use up my call limit before the billing period ends?

If you reach your call limit before the billing period renews, the system will stop processing new calls until the limit is refreshed.

🔹 Messages

  • Users can still leave a message via the pop-up.

🔹 “Request a call” widget

When someone requests a call:

  1. They enter their phone number,

  2. After clicking “Request a call”, they will see the message:

Unfortunately, we’re not in the office right now. Would you like us to call you back when we’re back at work?

🔹 Virtual number

  • Callers dialing the virtual number will hear:

Unfortunately, there are no consultants available at the moment.

  • If the customer chooses the option to be contacted when consultants are back, a call will be created in the panel ASAP and will be processed once consultants are available again.

🔹 Calls

  • New calls will not be connected.

  • The call limit will renew automatically at the start of the next billing period.

  • If a customer chooses the “Request a call later” option, a new lead will be created, which will be processed after the call limit is renewed.

🔹 What can you do?

  • Change your call limit in the Payments section

  • Or wait until your call limit renews in the next billing period
