If you reach your call limit before the billing period renews, the system will stop processing new calls until the limit is refreshed.

🔹 “Request a call” widget
When someone requests a call:
They enter their phone number,
After clicking “Request a call”, they will see the message:
Unfortunately, we’re not in the office right now. Would you like us to call you back when we’re back at work?
🔹 Virtual number
Callers dialing the virtual number will hear:
Unfortunately, there are no consultants available at the moment.
If the customer chooses the option to be contacted when consultants are back, a call will be created in the panel ASAP and will be processed once consultants are available again.
🔹 Calls
New calls will not be connected.
The call limit will renew automatically at the start of the next billing period.
If a customer chooses the “Request a call later” option, a new lead will be created, which will be processed after the call limit is renewed.
