SMS after a conversation with the AI Voice Agent

This feature allows you to automatically send an SMS to a person who spoke with the AI Voice Agent immediately after the call ends.

The message is sent based on a single, shared template that you configure in the settings.

The summary SMS can be configured:

  • on the widget to which the Virtual Agent is assigned

  • on the virtual number connected to the Virtual Agent


Setting up a summary SMS on the widget

  1. Go to the Widgets tab

  2. Select Edit widget settings

  3. Open the Calls section

  4. Go to SMS settings

  5. Enter the content in the Summary message (for AI Voice Agent calls)

  6. Save the changes

After saving, the summary SMS will be sent after each call handled by the Virtual Agent on this widget.


Setting up a summary SMS on a virtual number

  1. Go to the Virtual numbers tab

  2. Select Edit number settings

  3. Open the Calls section

  4. Go to SMS settings

  5. Enter the content in the Summary message (for AI Voice Agent calls)

  6. Save the changes

From now on, a summary SMS will be sent after calls handled by the Virtual Agent on this virtual number.


Important information

  • The summary SMS applies only to calls handled by the AI Voice Agent

  • The message content can be freely customized to match your needs

  • If the Virtual Agent is assigned to both a widget and a virtual number, the settings depend on where the call was initiated
