From which sources can the Voice Agent receive or initiate calls?

In CallPage, the AI Voice Agent can receive calls from various locations – this allows you to plan automatic lead handling regardless of where the calls originate.

1. Calls ordered through the CallPage widget

How it works:

  • First, you create and configure a widget in your CallPage dashboard.

  • The widget appears on your website as an interactive pop-up where visitors can enter their phone number.

  • When someone enters their number, the system initiates a call — and the AI Voice Agent can answer this call based on your selected mode.

2. Incoming calls to a virtual number

CallPage allows you to add a virtual number — incoming calls to this number can also be answered by the Agent.

  • You can order a virtual number via the form in your CallPage panel.

  • Activation can take up to 72 hours.

  • Once active, the number will appear in your panel, and you can choose it as a source for the Agent.

  • This is useful if you want to receive calls,s e.g., from ads, Google Business listings, or other external sources.

3. Automatic callback from website forms

The Agent can also receive calls when a contact is left via a form on your website — for example, a standard “contact” or “call me” form.
What to do:

  • Create a CallPage widget and in the Installation tab, choose “Enable widget to monitor all forms on your website”.

  • Select that widget in the Agent’s settings.

  • When someone fills out a form, CallPage automatically triggers a call that goes to the Agent (according to the selected mode).

4. Initiating outgoing calls from other sources (e.g., forms or files)

Thanks to Zapier, CallPage can also initiate outgoing calls from external sources, such as:

  • CRM systems (e.g., a new submission in HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)

  • Google Sheets

  • External lead forms or lead ads

  • Other applications supported by Zapier

This allows the Voice Agent to automatically initiate outbound calls.
