Note: The first step is to ensure your CallPage account is connected to Zapier. Instructions can be found here: CallPage Integration with Zapier

Important Information:

  • Free Zapier plan: allows up to 100 actions per month.

  • Alternative – CallPage API: free and unlimited, giving you full control over your calls. Setup instructions are here: CallPage API Documentation

Step 1: Log in to Zapier and Start a New Zap

  1. Log in to your account: https://zapier.com/app/login

  2. Click “Make a Zap” to start creating a new workflow.

Step 2: Select a Trigger

  • Choose the app that will initiate the call (e.g., CRM, Google Sheets, online form).

  • Configure the trigger according to your needs, for example:

    • New lead in CRM

    • Form submission

    • New row added in Google Sheets

Tip: Plan which events should trigger calls to avoid accidental calls.

Step 3: Add CallPage Action – “Create Call”

  1. Select CallPage as the action app.

  2. Choose “Create Call” – this allows the AI Voice Agent to call the specified number.

  3. Fill in the required information:

    • Phone Number – select the field from which the system should retrieve the phone number (e.g., a column in Excel or a field in a form or CRM).
Make sure the phone number is saved in the international format (e.g., +48…).

    • Widget or virtual number – select the call source

  4. Test the setup using “Test & Continue” to make sure the call is initiated.

Tip: If the test fails, double-check the phone number format and widget settings.

Step 4: Turn on the Zap and Test the Workflow

  • Click “Turn on Zap” to activate the workflow.

  • Give your Zap a memorable name.

  • Test the call in real conditions, e.g., by adding a test lead to your CRM.

Best Practices

  • International phone format: +48, +1, etc. – incorrect format may prevent the call.

  • Call tracking: log completed calls in CRM or Google Sheets.

  • API security: use the API key generated by your CallPage administrator.
