How to call back to the user using the CallPage panel?

Check how you can call back in your leads in your CallPage panel.

1. Calling back from the “Leads” tab

This is the fastest way to contact a lead.

Steps:

  1. Go to the Leads tab

  2. Find the lead you want to call back

  3. Click the phone icon

  4. In the pop-up window, choose the type of call:

    • Call now – immediately connect with the customer

    • Schedule a call for later – plan the contact for a later time

  5. Confirm the action

    This option allows you to review the lead’s information before making the call.

    Steps:

    1. Go to the Leads tab

    2. Click the eye icon (Lead details) next to the selected lead

    3. In the lead details view, click the phone icon

    4. Choose the call type and proceed with the callback


When should you use this feature?

  • When a call was missed

  • When the customer asked to be contacted later

  • When you want to follow up on a previous request

  • When additional contact is needed after an earlier conversation


Additional information

  • This feature applies only to leads that already appear in the Leads tab

  • Call history is available in the lead details

  • You can decide when to call back (immediately or later)
