Increasing Call Connection Time in CallPage

If you want your consultants to have more time to answer incoming calls, adjust the connection time settings in the CallPage panel.

Where to find it?

  1. Log in to your CallPage account.

  2. Go to the Widgets tab from the left menu.

  3. Select the appropriate widget.

  4. Navigate to the Calls tab.

  5. Open the General settings sub-tab.

  6. Find the field Call time (in seconds) and enter the desired number of seconds — the default is 28 seconds.

    Why change it?

    Extending the call connection time allows consultants more time to pick up the call. This is useful when:

    • your team handles multiple channels at once,

    • consultants are not always at their desks,

    • you want to increase the chances of connection without forwarding.
