How to Set the Call Order for Connecting with Consultants in CallPage

CallPage gives you full control over how calls are routed to your consultants once a potential customer requests a callback via the widget.

Follow the steps below to configure the call order.

📍 Step 1: Go to Your Widget Settings

  1. Log in to your CallPage dashboard.

  2. From the left-hand menu, select “Widgets”.

  3. Find the widget you want to configure from the list.

  4. Click the gear icon (⚙️) on the right side of the selected widget.


📞 Step 2: Open the "Calls" Tab

  1. In the widget settings, go to the “Calls” tab at the top.

  2. Make sure you are in the “General” section.


    Step 3: Choose How the System Should Call Consultants

    In the “How to call consultants” section, you can choose from the following options:

    • Simultaneously – the system calls all available consultants at the same time; the first one to pick up handles the call.

    • One by one – the system calls consultants in a predefined sequence (e.g., consultant A first, then B, etc.).

    • One by one, randomly – the system randomly selects an available consultant.

    • One by one, evenly distributed – the system distributes calls evenly by rotating through the list of consultants.


    💡 Tips

    • Simultaneous calling is ideal if speed is your top priority.

    • One by one works well when you want to prioritize specific consultants.

    • One by one, randomly and One by one, evenly distributed are useful for balancing call volume across the team.

    ✅ Don’t Forget to Save

    Once you’ve selected the preferred calling method, save your changes to apply the new configuration.
