Calls’ recording option is available if you have a Professional, Premium or Individual plan. This is a very useful feature for the team and team leaders. Thanks to this option, you can easily return to the conversation if you don’t remember all of the conversation’s details or you can check your team’s communication with leads. You can turn on call recording in the Widgets tab.
Go to the Widgets tab:
