All your leads are saved in the Leads tab. You can use filters to search them, analyze the conversations, and see the lead details.

There are 4 types of call:
Call (incoming and outgoing)
Scheduled call (customers can order the call for a chosen day and time)
Message (customers can also leave a message)
ASAP call (when all consultants are busy, the customer can wait for a consultant)
The CallPage system is ringing right now. The called party is receiving the call. Waiting to pick up.
In progress - the call is now processing, the consultant is currently talking to the customer
Completed - the call was completed successfully
Missed (consultant) - unfortunately, the consultant didn't answer the call.
Missed (customer) - the customer didn’t answer the call or was busy at that moment.
Scheduled - the customer ordered a scheduled call
Scheduled (canceled) - the call has been canceled manually
Message - user left a message
ASAP call (completed)
ASAP call (failed)
Here’s the information from which source the lead comes from (widget/number). You can see here the widgets/numbers that generate the most successful calls.
In this column you can see which consultant answered the call.
