You can check the lead’s details where you will find: 

  • basic information about the lead, 

  • call recording,

  • notes,

  • tags,

  • ratings

1. Go to Leads tab: 

 2. Click Edit information about Lead

3. Basic info about lead: 

 

  • Call status

  • Phone number

  • Widget/Number on which the call was generated

  • Consultant

  • Department

  • The website address that the customer comes from

  • The scoring rule that triggered widget
