3. All you need to do is authenticate with HubSpot by logging in to your
account.
4. Allow activities from CallPage on your timeline
On the contact record, go to the Activities tab and click on Filter activity. A list of available activity types will appear (such as calls, emails, conversations, form submissions, etc.). Select Integrations -> CallPage. All of the data from CallPage will be visible on your timeline now.
How AIVA Call Events Are Displayed in HubSpot
Once the CallPage ↔ HubSpot integration is configured correctly, every call handled by AI Voice Agent generates two types of activities inside HubSpot:
Event: “Call analyzed”:
The “Call analyzed” event is automatically added to the contact’s activity timeline. It includes:date and time of the call
call duration
phone number
CallPage widget ID
information that the call was handled by AI Voice Agent
location data (if available)
a link to the call details inside the CallPage dashboard
full Answers collected by AIVA during the call
a Summary — an AI-generated description of the conversation and the captured information
