How to turn off the widget after the agent's working hours?

If you don’t want the widget to be displayed on your website after agents' working hours, you can turn off the widget.

  1. Go to the Widgets tab:

2. Choose the option Edit widget settings:

3. Go to the Widget’s view tab, choose Preview, and Pop up:

4. Choose Pop-up’s settings in the settings window:

5. Go to the Show widget also after working hours option, turn it off, and Save the
changes:
