Dear Customer,

As of September 1, 2023, CallPage will introduce a new price list. We encourage our customers to read the following material in which we will present all the information about the new price list.

Why is there a new pricing?

The previous price was published in 2019. As our company and customer base grew, it became increasingly ineffective. In addition, in April, we launched a new product, CallPage Meetings, and it became clear that the current price list was not flexible enough.

Over the past year, we have been collecting feedback from our customers and partners. Your valuable insights have played a key role in shaping our new pricing model. The new pricing plans better reflect the structure of our products, changes in the market, and, most importantly, the needs of our customers.

Key differences between the old and new price plans

Two pricing plans:

We have simplified our pricing structure by offering only two basic plans — Essential and Pro. As with the previous price list, Enterprise companies can contact us for a custom plan that reflects your advanced needs.

Platform fee plus usage fee:

The new pricing model will be based on a platform fee plus limits and add-ons. This means you will be able to increase the number of users, call consultants, successful calls, or domains you need.

No freemium:

To maintain high-quality support services, we have decided to discontinue the free Basic plan for new users.

Fixed subscription date:

Under the new price list, your subscription purchase date will remain the same even if you change your plan. Additionally, you will be able to purchase limits and add-ons during the month, and the system will automatically calculate the cost for the remaining period.

New CallPage plans

We will introduce two standard plans and an individual plan.

Essentials:

This plan covers the main CallPage functions and is suitable for small businesses or startups. It includes some features, such as scoring rules, that were previously only available in the Professionals plan. The monthly fee for the Essentials plan is $39/month with a monthly subscription or $31/month with an annual subscription.

Pro:

This plan is intended for companies that require more advanced features, such as call recording and virtual call center functions. The monthly fee for the Pro plan is $99 for a monthly subscription or $79 for an annual subscription.

Enterprise:

This plan is designed for larger companies that require customized solutions and dedicated support. Pricing for this plan will be tailored to the company's specific needs.

Limits and add-ons

With the new pricing, you will have the ability to set limits for the following:

  • Available successful calls

  • Number of user licenses

  • Number of call consultants

  • Domains

  • Virtual numbers

You can easily increase or decrease each of these limits in the CallPage panel.

The new pricing will be published on our website on September 1st.

Next steps

At CallPage, we prioritize our loyal customers and try to avoid making any changes that could cause uncertainty or dissatisfaction. Therefore, for the moment, your plan and fee remain unchanged. Depending on your preferences:

  • Stay on your current plan. If you wish to stay on the current pricing plan, no action is required.

  • Move to the new pricing model. If you want to switch to a new pricing plan, it is best to contact your Customer Success Manager, who can help you make the transition smoothly.

Important

Please take note that any alterations to your current subscription after the new pricing release will result in an automatic transition to the updated pricing structure. We recommend reaching out to your dedicated Customer Success Manager before making any adjustments to your current plan.

Check the most common questions:

What’s the difference between a user license and a call operator?

The user license provides full access to the CallPage admin panel. This enables users to check leads and recordings, answer incoming calls, and make calls from the panel. Users can also sync accounts with their calendars to use CallPage Meetings. The call operator is limited to answering incoming calls ordered by the CallPage pop-up and doesn’t have access to the admin panel.

Will the number of call operators be limited in the new pricing?

The number of call operators will be limited based on the numbers listed in the price list. For example, in the Pro plan, you will have 2 call operators and 2 user licenses, enabling you to connect up to 4 people to the widget. If your company requires additional call operators, you can purchase additional call operators in the panel at any time.

What if I need to modify my subscription in the current pricing plan?

If you want to make changes to your current subscription, such as purchasing an additional call package, we suggest contacting your Customer Success Manager. They will help you choose the best solution. If you do not know who your CSM is, please contact us at support@callpage.io

Do I have to move to a new pricing?

If you have an active paid subscription, you can stay on the current pricing as long as you do not deactivate your subscription or make any changes to it. Currently, there is no deadline for transferring existing customers to the new pricing, so you can continue using your current plan. However, if you feel that the new price list is more effective for you, you can switch to it at any time.

What is a successful call?

A successful call is one that was answered by both parties and lasted longer than 10 seconds. Such a call can be either incoming if a website visitor orders the call using the CallPage widget, or outgoing if a user makes a call from the CallPage panel.

Will the free version of CallPage be available in a new pricing?

As of September 1, 2023, the free version will no longer be available to new customers. However, the Basic plan will remain accessible to current users.

What is White Labeling?

The White Labeling add-on allows you to remove CallPage signage (such as a logo or link after an appointment order) from your pop -up.

Can I change my current plan limits without switching to a new plan?

It will not be possible to change the limits once the new price list takes effect. Please contact your Customer Success Manager if you need to make any changes to your current subscription. If you do not know who your account manager is, please contact us at support@callpage.io.

Will my account settings change if I switch to the new price list?

After transitioning to the new pricing plan, your account settings will remain unchanged. However, make sure that the new plan includes the features you are currently using to avoid losing access to essential elements. If you currently have a Professional or Premium plan, we recommend switching to the Pro plan to retain access to your current features. Additionally, take note of any limits in the new plans, such as successful call limits, call operators, domains, or users, and adjust them to align with your current needs.

How do these new pricing tiers impact me?

The pricing change will not affect your current subscription with CallPage. In case you want to switch between our current pricing tiers (Basic+/Professional / Premium) until the transition, you can do so before August 31, 2023. If you prefer the new pricing tiers, you can opt for them starting from September 1st, 2023.
