When Should Custom Fields Display?
Choose when the form appears:

After a call
When ordering a call
Select the preferred option at the top of the Custom Fields panel.
How to Add a Custom Field
Pick a field type from the left list (e.g., text, email, dropdown, checkbox, rating, date & time).
Click it to add it to your form.
Edit details such as label, placeholder, or required status.
Drag to reorder or click the trash icon to delete.
Click Save to apply changes.
