How to Add Custom Fields in CallPage

Custom fields in CallPage allow you to customize the widget form and collect additional information from your leads. They help improve lead qualification, CRM accuracy, and overall sales efficiency.

Where to Find Custom Fields

  1. Go to the Widget Tab.

  2. Click Edit widget.

  3. Open Widget’s view.

  4. Select Custom Fields.


When Should Custom Fields Display?

Choose when the form appears:

  • Before a call

  • After a call

  • When ordering a call

Select the preferred option at the top of the Custom Fields panel.


How to Add a Custom Field

  1. Pick a field type from the left list (e.g., text, email, dropdown, checkbox, rating, date & time).

  2. Click it to add it to your form.

  3. Edit details such as label, placeholder, or required status.

  4. Drag to reorder or click the trash icon to delete.

  5. Click Save to apply changes.


Tips for Best Results

  • Keep your form short to maintain conversions.

  • Use required fields only when necessary.

  • Prefer dropdowns for consistent responses.

  • Preview your form to ensure everything works correctly.
