How to Respond to a Message Left on the Widget?

Text messages left by customers on the widget cannot be replied to via another message. To respond, you need to contact the customer by phone.

Follow these steps to respond:

  1. Go to the Leads tab in the system.

  2. Find the relevant lead and click the eye iconView lead details.

  3. In the contact section, click Call to contact the customer and provide your response.

Note: At this time, it is not possible to reply to widget messages via text. Responses can only be made by calling the customer.
