This option is available for two calling methods:
One by one,
One by one, evenly distributed
Step 1: Enable the calling method
To configure the queue, you first need to enable one of the supported modes:
Go to the Widgets tab
Click Edit widget
Open the Calls section
In the Consultant picking mode field, select:
Step 2: Set the consultant order
After enabling the selected mode:
Go to the Teammates tab
Arrange consultants using drag and drop
The order on the list defines the sequence in which the system will attempt to connect calls.

In the “Sequentially, evenly distributed” mode, the system still respects the queue while ensuring fair distribution of calls
