How to set up the consultant call queue?

The consultant queue allows you to define the order in which the system connects calls to your team members.

This option is available for two calling methods:

  • One by one,

  • One by one, evenly distributed

Step 1: Enable the calling method

To configure the queue, you first need to enable one of the supported modes:

  1. Go to the Widgets tab

  2. Click Edit widget

  3. Open the Calls section

  4. In the Consultant picking mode field, select:

    • One by one,

    • One by one, evenly distributed

    Step 2: Set the consultant order

    After enabling the selected mode:

    1. Go to the Teammates tab

    2. Arrange consultants using drag and drop

    The order on the list defines the sequence in which the system will attempt to connect calls.



    Additional information

    • Changing the order directly affects call handling in the selected modes

    • In the “Sequentially, evenly distributed” mode, the system still respects the queue while ensuring fair distribution of calls
