Invoices issued by CallPage sp. z o.o. for Polish entities include 23% VAT. Foreign entities are not charged with this fee.
Note: The Payments tab is accessible only to the account owner. Users with other roles will not be able to view or download invoices.
In order to download the invoice, log in to your account, go to the Billing tab -> Invoices, and click Download. Here you can find a list of all of your invoices.
You can also find and download your latest invoice directly in the Billing tab -> Overview:
