Invoices issued by CallPage sp. z o.o. for Polish entities include 23% VAT. Foreign entities are not charged with this fee. 

In order to download the invoice, log into your account, go to the Billing tab -> Invoices and click Download. Here you can find a list of all of your invoices.

You can also find and download your latest invoice directly in the Billing tab -> Overview:
