Zendesk is an online platform dedicated to customer service.
Learn how to set up the integration with CallPage:
1. Enter the Integrations tab and choose Zendesk from the integrations’ list:
2. First, choose the widgets or numbers for your integration:
3. Type the name of your domain in Zendesk:
4. Enter your Zendesk e-mail or username:
5. To create this integration, you will have to log into your Zendesk account and find the API key. Head over to Settings>>API>> to get access to API:
Copy the active API token, also remember to enable token access in your Zendesk account and add a new one:
and place it in the CallPage dashboard:
6. Click Save and your integration is now ready to use! It will display on the Integrations’ list:
All leads you receive will be automatically redirected from your CallPage account to Zendesk.
