The integration with Outgoing Webhook allows you to retrieve information related to CallPage and integrate it with external services. After configuring and selecting a dedicated URL where events generated by CallPage can be sent, you can create any applications (such as notifications or reports from CallPage).
Follow these steps to integrate Outgoing Webhook with your CallPage account, enabling you to send event data to external services:
Access the Integrations Tab:
Choose Outgoing Webhook Integration:
Select Widgets and Virtual Numbers:
You will see a list of all your active widgets and virtual numbers.You can just select the ones you want to gather event data from.
Enter a Dedicated URL:
In the specified field, enter the dedicated URL where you want the events generated by CallPage to be sent.This URL should be from the external service or application that will process the incoming data.
Optional: Add a Verification Token:
This step is optional, but it adds an extra layer of security for data transmission.
Save the Configuration:
Now your CallPage account is integrated with the Outgoing Webhook, and events generated by your widgets and virtual numbers will be sent to the specified URL for further processing.
