Here's how to change the working hours of your agents. You can also set breaks in their daily work schedule.

1. Go to the My Team tab: 

2. Choose the agent and click Edit teammate: 

3. Go to Assignments: 

4. Click on the calendar icon: 

5. Set your agent’s working hours: 

Working hours are 9 am - 5 pm for 5 days a week by default. You can edit as you wish or use one of our options Set 24 hours 7 days a week. 

IMPORTANT! You can choose different schedules for different widgets and numbers and assign them to your agents.
