Besides agents, who pick up the phone, you can also create a sub-account to which you can assign an email address. This additional function on your account can make contact with the leads easier. You can add a new sub-account in the Team tab.

  1. Go to the My Team tab:

2. Choose the option +Add Teammate:


3. In the General Setting you need to choose Sub-account, type E-mail address for the new sub-account, and choose their Role. Remember to save changes by clicking Create:

After that, an invitation will be sent to the given address, redirecting your consultant to the CallPage panel.
