How to manage a CallPage subscription?

Learn how to upgrade to a CallPage paid plan, manage payment method, or cancel a subscription

Pick a plan and customize it according to your business's specific requirements. Adjust the call limits and number of users. Expand your capabilities further by adding additional features, domains, and virtual numbers as your business grows and evolves.

Check our step-by-step instruction:

  1. Login to your CallPage account and navigate to the Billing Tab.


  2. Click on Change Plan.

  3. Choose Your Plan: Start by selecting the plan that best suits your business needs. The two main options are the Essential Plan and the Pro Plan. Focus on the feature differences between the two plans to determine which one is most suitable for your requirements.


  4. Adjust Call Limits: Adjust the call limit based on your anticipated call volume. The Essential Plan comes with a starting limit of 50 calls, while the Pro Plan offers 100 calls. Select the appropriate limit that aligns with your expected call volume. Don’t worry you will be able to adjust the limit anytime you need.


  5. Select Users and Call Operators: Determine the number of users and call operators you need for your business communication. This will ensure you have the right resources to handle your call volume efficiently.


  6. Select Number of Domains and Virtual Phone Numbers: Review the additional features, such as virtual phone numbers and additional domains. Add additional limits and add-ons to your plan.


  7. Subscription: Once you have composed your ideal plan, click the subscription button to proceed with the purchase. You will be guided through the payment process and be able to start using the new CallPage pricing plan immediately.



Please note: Customers in some countries paying by credit card may be required to use two-factor authentication during checkout. You can confirm it by clicking the blue button in the message sent to the email address of the account's owner.

How to manage payment methods?

IJeśli Twoja karta kredytowa / debetowa wkrótce wygaśnie lub chcesz zmienić kartę płatniczą, możesz łatwo zarządzać nią na swoim koncie CallPage.

W zakładce możesz edytować dane karty lub zmienić domyślną kartę, jeśli dodałeś ich kilka.

If you would like to Edit card details, just click Edit and insert the correct card details.

If you have already added several credit /debit cards, you can just select the default one by clicking on Change the default card.

How to Cancel CallPage subscription?

In case you would like to cancel your CallPage subscription, we highly recommend contacting your CallPage Customer Success Manager first, as once canceled you will no longer be able to generate leads from your website.

However, if you decided to cancel your plan, you can do it in Billing Tab by clicking Cancel Plan.


Please note: Upon account cancellation, you don't get a refund for your past payments. Your card is not charged from next the billing cycle. However, you will still be able to use your CallPage Plan until the end of the current billing cycle.
