How to change the owner's email address?
If you'd like to update the email address assigned to the account owner, please follow the steps below:
Send an email to: support@callpage.io
Make sure to send the request from the email address currently assigned to your CallPage account.
In your message, clearly state that you'd like to update the email address assigned to the account owner and provide the new email address.
Why does the request need to come from the current email?
For security reasons, we can only process changes to account ownership details (such as email or password) when the request is sent from the email address currently associated with your CallPage account. This ensures that the request is coming from an authorized user.
