How to add a User license?

Besides agents, who pick up the phone, you can also create an account to which you can assign an email address. This additional function on your account can make contact with the leads easier. You can add a new account in the Team tab.

  1. Go to the My Team tab:

2. Choose the option +Add Teammate:


3. In the General Setting you need to choose User License, type the E-mail address for the new sub-account, and choose their Role. Remember to save changes by clicking Create:

Department's agent - Have access to the calls and recordings of the departments to which belong.

Agent - Have access to the calls and recordings that they handled.

Manager - Have access to all calls and recordings from widgets to which he/she is assigned.

Editor - Can make changes to the widgets he/she is assigned to, and have access to all calls and recordings.

Admin - Have access to all functionality, and can change and edit any settings. Don't have access to the payment tab.

After that, an invitation will be sent to the given address, redirecting your consultant to the CallPage panel.
