Objective:

To route callback requests from the CallPage widget to JustCall phone numbers, where agents can answer the incoming calls on JustCall

How this flow works:

  1. The lead requests a callback from the website via the CallPage widget, by entering their phone number

  2. The CallPage widget initiates a call to the JustCall number (Agent’s number)

  3. After the agent answers the call, CallPage dials the lead, and a subsequent call connection between the agent and lead happens once the lead picks up the call

Steps to set up the CallPage widget with the JustCall number:

1) Create a widget mentioning the domain where the CallPage widget would appear.

Every widget added gets an ID assigned to it, to pair with the required agent for handling the calls

2) Create a team member/ consultant having a JustCall number or directly assign the widget to an existing member having a JustCall number.

Thus, setting up a JustCall number on CallPage will route the callback requests by leads to the JustCall number added.
