The department's functionality allows you to select the department you wish to connect to within the widget.
To create departments add groups under the My Team tab, click here to find out how to do this.
Then go to the Widgets tab:
Click on the Agents tab:
Select the Departments option:
Click on Add department:
Enter the name of the department you wish to create:
Select the group of consultants assigned to the department:
Save the changes you have made:
Choose how you would like the created sections to be displayed and save:
